Membership is open to all bluejackets and officers who served on the U.S.S. Gunston Hall LSD 5 at any time during her years of service. If you qualify, the membership invites you to join us!

Members receive a quarterly newsletter that contains items of interest. Members may be as involved as they wish. There are always tasks for volunteers. We have biannual reunions in order that we are able to keep in touch with old friends.

If you are interested, the link below will generate a membership application in rtf format. Most word processors will display it and will permit you to type in the information then print the completed form. On some pc's, it may be necessary to print the blank form and then fill it in by hand. When completed, mail it as instructed on the form.

Alternatively, you may select the pdf version if you have a pdf reader on your computer. Most pc's are equipped with a pdf reader ... if you do not have a pdf reader, you may download one free of charge at www.adobe.com. You will not be able to open the pdf version of the membership application file until the reader is installed. You will not be able to fill in the blanks with the pdf version. Print out the blank form then fill in the information manually.

Of course, you may also send an e-mail requesting that membership information be sent to you.
